Gov breaks constitutional oath

The governor has broken his oath to uphold the constitution but his spokesperson says he is fine with it.

The AG (who most will admit does his best to cover for the gov and democrats) came out with an opinion that the latest actions by the Governor look unconstitutional. Bill Hobbs sent a note over to the govs office asking for what action they plan to take and Press secretary for the Governor Lydia Lenker sent Bill Hobbs a letter saying, "We feel comfortable with what we've done".

"Bill Hobbs has the full story on how Rep. Susan Lynn called him out for unconstitutionally not reporting on breaking the Copeland cap (The cap sets limits for government growth at the rate of growth of the avg Tennesseans income with population increases factored in.)
