Free trade shut out in Tennessee

This is sad. How long before someone dies from this protectionist ruling. The free market and competition lowers prices, provides more and better service for all concerned. Sadly some in Tennessee disagree. When ever I hear about certificates of need I just shake my head and groan at the future loss to the free market.
