I was in commerce committee today when G.A. Hardaway brought up a bill regarding burial plots. A funny exchange ensued when Rep. Curry Todd asked if he thought the people were past helping (Being dead).
G.A. Chuckled and said no he represents all sorts of people.
Joe McCord jumped in with "We all know dead people in Memphis have been voting for years. It is good to see they finally have a voice in Nashville."
G.A. Came back and said "I want to be clear, This bill in no way will stop the dead people from their right to vote."
