Memphis

In the legislature and across the state it is getting to be a running joke. The corruption just seems to be embedded over there. Of course there are a few good people but most of the time this quote from the KNS article seems to fit as the norm rather then the exception.

"I truly thought I could help them," Birkholz said. "But I don't think that's what they really wanted. ... It's fixable. The question is, do they want it done? And I really question whether they want it done. They're more concerned with staying out of the newspaper than doing the right thing."

I am sure this poor man is going to be attacked in Memphis but let me just point out that saying the emperor has no cloths is not hate speech.
