Got to love the Democrats. What ever it takes to get their man in. Forget the will of the voter. We are not talking dead people or people who do not live in the district voting as was the case with Ofelia Ford. They changed primaries to vote for the candidate they wanted.
I can think of at least two if not three Republican primaries where that was the case and it probably changed the election.
If this is upheld I wonder if Kurita could sue to get on the ballot as a independent or if the Republicans could get the executive committee together to put in a candidate for Republicans and disenfranchised Democrats to vote for.
If closed primaries is what the Democrats want then they should work to change the law. This latest step will definitely not help them win back the female vote.
