Campfield--Love you and your blog but, I came here to say what Drew Justice just said--there are bigger fish to fry--back off the dogs. If you just want a bill with your name on it, surely you can find some law like "restrain the dogs" and wipe it off the books and out of our lives. Get a grip!!!
Yes, there must be other laws that need to be passed. If we could get the fools with unrestrained animals/kids off the roads... Maybe quicker to add this to some kind of wording for the seatbelt laws.
Don't you think we have enough laws already?
