Anti income tax bill passes

The bill to amend the constitution saying an income tax is not constitutional passed today 28 to 5. All of the 5 were Democrats.

Congrats to Brian Kelsey who was gracious in thanking all the previous sponsors who were unable to pass similar legislation under Democrat leadership.
