Do public unions violate anti trust laws?

Susan Lynn and the Wall Street Journal think its quite possible.

  1. Of course they WOULD violate anti-trust laws... if they hadn't secured an explicit exemption in the 1914 Clayton Act.

You can't violate a law that you are exempt from.

  2. Leave the unions and working people alone! It is ridiculous to say that groups of workers are in any way a bad thing! I just don't get it.

  3. It doesn't seem right that non union people can't work on all jobs without paying. This is unfair competition! Repeal the 1914 Clayton Act.
