Rep. Frank Nicley helps legalize the sale of Jack Danial's in Tennessee and talks about deregulation for the little man.... The VERY Little man.
"Niceley said Jack Daniel began distilling whiskey at age 13, launching an enterprise that has become known worldwide as much as any Tennessee-launched product except Coca-Cola.
"Today, if a 13-year-old started making whiskey, they'd chop up his still, send him to reform school and arrest his parents," Niceley said. "That's our biggest problem today - overregulation."
