David Oatney prints the dish on a judge who let the protesters against equal representation go.
Seems the judge has a history of giving liberal causes and liberal legislators a pass. I wonder if a group of conservatives had protested in his courtroom about a conservative cause would the protesters have gotten the same type pass?
Don't know, but the conservatives sure don't get a pass in the all-Republican Blount County Commission meetings. They are trying to outlaw applause after someone FINISHES speaking. I guess torches and pitchforks are completely out of the question.
