During debate on a bill regaurding “roll-your-own” tobacco, Sen. Bill Ketron explained in detail the different types of tobacco that go into different products. Sen. Jim Kyle asked Ketron, a former convenience market owner, a question about grades of tobacco and whether markets offer pipe tobacco. Yes, Ketron said. Asked Kyle, “Do you have Prince Albert in a can??”
