You can only forward them if you are: Amazon, Wacker or Hemlock (okay basically anything remotely silicon-related), VW, Dell, Saturn, Memphis Biofuels, any of the state golf courses, country music museums in other states, switchgrass refineries, abortion providers, AT&T, public television or public radio.
Otherwise, you'll have to lobby for a "secret" negotiation with the administration.
P.S. I've heard fish hatcheries don't go over too well...and whatever you do, throw in some solar panels to make it "green".
You should forward your bills. White guys from East Tennessee are the sole remaining unsubsidized oppressed minority group.

That's hilarious -- a guy who draws a state salary needling Obama because he said most successful entrepreneurs had some government help.
