$10,000 for college degree

Thats right. Texas is offering college degrees for less then 10,000 bucks. It can be done.

    The TN Board of Regents Univ. I graduated from 20 years ago now costs over 100% more for tuition and housing. Needless to say, the salaries for those degrees haven't kept up with that kind of inflation.
